A very easy day today with no riding. It is Sunday so we went back into town and I got my first fitting for my new suit. It is quite amazing how fast they can sew these together. They were going to make a few alterations and then back tonight around 7:00 PM for the final fitting. They hand sew all alterations and buttons on right there in the shop.
After walking around for a while we had a very nice lunch and then headed to the An Bang beach for a day of sun and sand. A very relaxing day with dinner scheduled at around 5:30 – 6:00 PM. Temperature was around 84 degrees. The beach is nicer back at Da Nang. It will be just a matter of time before the Ritz Carlton & Four Seasons builds in these areas. Miles of beach line – but nobody on the beach. To the locals it is no big deal. Will be visiting another beach tomorrow.
On the way to the shoreline a few days ago we came across these sand dunes along the road which were very interesting.
I am around 700 miles from my final destination which is Ho Chi Minh City. As mentioned earlier we will be traveling along the shoreline all the way to this destination.
