This morning we continued to explore Auckland. We opted to hike up Mt Eden and look at the city from the top.
This volcano has a crater at the top which was nice to see. Took many pictures of the view.
At lunch time we decided to eat at this hip Japanese restaurant called Eat Beasty where we got a first class seat watching all the chefs crank out meals.
After lunch we decided to go up the Sky Tower (which you can see in the top picture) and check out the awesome view.
You could actually jump off the side of it which was a controlled 11 second fall to the ground. We opted to watch this versus participate. I caught this guy on the way down.
On the way back to our hotel we walked by this beautiful Catholic Church that was built in the 1800’s.
We also met a dedicated Chiefs fan from Australia who was wearing a Mahomes shirt. (The kingdom is everywhere)!

We took a city tour on this Tuk Tuk where we saw the marina with around 1,800 boats parked. Never seen so many high end boats! Sailing is big here!
We checked out of the M Social and were shuttled to the airport for our departure to Tahiti. Arrival scheduled at around midnight.
